Every
PTC program is organized by one or two coordinators. In addition,
many PTC programs have a committee of volunteers. These programs
are not possible without parents like you.
Consider volunteering when the call goes out from the coordinators
to fill the needs and enjoy the rewards!
Every
program benefits from past experience. Coordinators receive
binders filled with notes and wisdom passed down from previous
coordinators, and also have the full support of
a PTC
Board Liaison, who performs the following functions:

Communicates
information from the coordinator to the PTC executive
board.

Provides guidance in planning the coordinator’s
event or program.

Reviews and approves any communications sent out to parents
regarding events or programs.
